Spitz St.George UT 84790

Just tried the Remix Bowl with chicken over at Spitz in St. George and this one hit the spot. Fifteen bucks and absolutely worth it.

The bowl comes with a choice of green or red. We went with red and that ended up being the move. Perfect flavor, a little kick, and it tied the whole bowl together. Added a splash of their green pepper Tabasco and it brought this bright tang that worked perfectly with the chicken.

Really liked this meal and will definitely be going back for it again.
