Sandtown Pizza started in 2021 under the name “Backdoor Pizzeria” as it was started in our backyard taking orders online. It was a way to escape the day to day during the pandemic. From there Backdoor Pizzeria outgrew itself really fast. Moving us from the backyard to large markets, restaurant take overs etc. From this growth we wanted to step it up a little and offer more. We closed up shop, found a space and Sandtown Pizza was born in December 2023.
